What questions did they ask during your interview at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust?
Just asked about my PA experience specifically my experience of taking minutes at meetings.
Will probably do well, despite financial pressures, as so many dedicated, hard-working people (clinical and non-clinical) work here.
What would you suggest Airedale NHS Foundation Trust management do to prevent others from leaving?
Look at who you already have before recruiting. What's wrong with developing the staff you already have ?
