Adept Recruitment is a great place to work. I've been in recruitment for 13 years and it is refreshing to work in an environment with a culture of support and development. The business management are always accessible and open to discussing new ideas. Going into lockdown due to Covid 19 has been a strange time for everybody in the industry but we’ve really pulled together as a company and looked at creative and flexible ways of working to keep team spirits high. My work colleagues are all fun, good to get on with, supportive as well as being experienced recruiters. I've been here for nearly 2 years and I'd genuinely recommend Adept as a brilliant company to work for.

Great company to work for

Manager/Supervisor (Current Employee) - Liverpool, Merseyside - 10 August 2020

I have been at the company for 15 years and while I have always had other firms try to get me to work for them. None can compete on commission, environment and the autonomy I am given to day my job.
