There isn't an organisational culture as such... We are just numbers and figures to the office. We aren't people. They do not see through with the support or help that is offered during training.
Pay errors are a big one with this company. They never get it right.

First negative experience in my history of employment.
Honesty there is a lot they don't tell you during training and one thing they express a lot during training is how much they support PAs which in reality they don't .
they don't reply to emails or phone calls and leave you in the dark,they make pay errors and take ages to reimburse you for travel expenses during training days.
They don't always ave work available if they find the client is not a good fit for you they say they will get you reassigned (which they don't they hang you up to dry ) Please don't apply and if your looking for work in care please please ask current / previous employees about their experiences because everyone should work with a company who supports them and treats them well .
