I think a 3 star rating is probably fairly generous, the clients have a very mixed experience with AA. Some clients have terrible problems with very inexperienced PAs for example. For the staff, it really varies a lot.
My own experience as a live-in PA was more or less positive, I was lucky to get an excellent client and an excellent manager to - more... match. So conditions for me were good.
