The young people are the best part and it was satisfying seeing them grow and develop new skills or learning new things. I miss them very much but I do not miss the work atmosphere which at times felt hostile and intimidating, particularly when certain senior staff were on shift. You often felt like you were not good enough and this takes a toll on your self-confidence.
