We encourage flexible working and have systems in place which enable mobile working, including mobile technology. As an employer, we know how crucial it is to make sure you have access to the right tools to do your jobs to the best of your ability.

36 hours per week. Flexible working is great. Work from home in relation to service needs equally great. Working beyond 5pm is discretionary, and toils freely honoured by our managers.

Working hours are 9-5:15 with 1 hour break. Very flexible in my team but other teams may not be.
