Great place to work. Accenture has a good code of ethics and compliance Best part of working with Accenture is you work with some of the leading diamond companies. Worst part: Being away from home if in a consultant role.

Accenture are more interested in money than people. Despite working hard the work was off-shored to India due to the drive to cut costs and make more money. The client was not happy about this and the account was lost.

You need to be prepared to work long hours and be committed to both the client you are working for and Accenture. For this you are rewarded well and your individual learning and skills development will process fast. The vast majority of people are very good to work with and would be described as high achievers, which will push you in your career goals. Travel and the work life balance is the only challenge within the organisation, although within Accenture they are trying to manage this but with clients demands sometimes this is very difficult to maintain
