Good place to work
Consultant (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London15 May 2018
Good company with great benefits and the life work balance is normally pretty good.

Sometimes hard to move around the company and get experience of different industries as you can get pigeon holed in one sector.

Great Learning Culture
Senior Manager (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London29 April 2018
Accenture is a great place to grow and learn. You are given a lot of responsibility quickly. However the down side is a total disregard for your life outside of work and there is an awful lot of office politics involved in advancement in the firm. At the moment there is a critical focus on closing the gender gap at the senior levels. This is positive for some, but negative for others.

Not a great place to work for
Sr. Analyst (Former Employee) –  Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear2 March 2018
Company Incentives and promotes boot licking behavior. Internal politics is really dirty and promotes incorrect people for the authoritative roles.

Middle Management needs a complete remap ti improve performance overall
Pros
Reasonably paid, good work-life balance

Business Process Delivery Analyst (Current Employee) –  Birmingham23 February 2018
Managers only care about quality of work, they will not bother you for your timings, if the work has been done on time with good quality no body cares if you come in late or leave early (Not every day though).

Great HR service and understanding managers. you can feel connected and they take care of you like a family.

I am blessed to be a part of Accenture UK.

Case Advisor/Absence Management Consultant (Former Employee) –  Stone, Staffordshire12 February 2018
Accenture are more interested in money than people. Despite working hard the work was off-shored to India due to the drive to cut costs and make more money. The client was not happy about this and the account was lost.

A culture built from Andersen Consulting. 100,000 employee strong with multiple lines of business and disciplines.

Enjoyed being one of the first in developing Accenture's outsourcing capabilities in India - hands on operational experience in building a new business effectively.

Hardest part of the job was to distinguish oneself as a strong performer amongst a multitude of high performers.
Pros
training, broad opportunities
Cons
long hours
