Manager (Former Employee) –  Mumbai, USA, UK18 January 2018
One of the most professional workplaces that I have been part of.
Excellent work life balance.
Abundance of knowledge pool.
Excellent learning and knowledge management site.
Plethora of fun activities and people engagement.
Good management.
Stress on ethics and compliance.
The most difficult part was that advancement differs from one geography to another even though nobody admits to the same.
Pros
Independent decision making
Cons
Advancement

Enjoyable company to work for
HR Administrator (Former Employee) –  Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire5 January 2018
Queries, dealing with pay queries and chatting to mothers to be.
I learnt how to deal with and work out the bonus that the company paid, and ensured this was paid on time
The Management were terrific, always there for you
The hardest part of the job was the month before the bonus was paid, I would be in the office at 4.30am to speak to my colleague in Chicago.
Dealing with all queries, and helping people
Pros
Comfortable working conditions
Cons
hours

Technical Architect (Former Employee) –  Uusimaa3 January 2018
Long days and lots of challenges. It's a good place to learn new things, the projects change constantly so one is expected to adapt quickly. Looks good on your CV.

Some good opportunities
Management Consultant (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London29 December 2017
Initial training is a good experience, though the quality of training was not that high. Generally full of bright, young, enthusiastic people who are fun to work with. However, much of the work is dull and you do not get to choose that much of what you do - generally going where demand is highest. Pay is not that high - initially it is good but if you don't get promoted quickly (and this can happen even to those who do well) then the money is not good compared to people taking on similar roles.
Pros
fun people to work with, flexibility on some projects through working from home
Cons
long hours, working out of town

Great company to work for, where you truly can manage your career yourself. . The internal politics can be difficult to navigate through if you don't have a network.

You have to work for what you are being paid. Sometimes hard to maintain work life balance. Too big a company to allow individual attention. Good numeration.

Accenture really values you as a person, not just a statistic or number. Accenture is all about individual growth as well as company and career growth.

I wish my contract wasn't a fixed term! I'd still be working there if I could!

A company largely staffed by of shore people
It Security Consultant (Former Employee) –  London27 September 2017
There is a core uk management team supplemented by lots of graduates and an army of off shore Indian people.

Basically if you are an older employee and not in management then they don't want you. Skills they can bring in on the cheap from India.
Pros
Lots of smart people
Cons
Largely off shored
