Manager (Former Employee) – Mumbai, USA, UK – 18 January 2018
One of the most professional workplaces that I have been part of. Excellent work life balance. Abundance of knowledge pool. Excellent learning and knowledge management site. Plethora of fun activities and people engagement. Good management. Stress on ethics and compliance. The most difficult part was that advancement differs from one geography to another even though nobody admits to the same.
Queries, dealing with pay queries and chatting to mothers to be. I learnt how to deal with and work out the bonus that the company paid, and ensured this was paid on time The Management were terrific, always there for you The hardest part of the job was the month before the bonus was paid, I would be in the office at 4.30am to speak to my colleague in Chicago. Dealing with all queries, and helping people
Management Consultant (Current Employee) – London, Greater London – 29 December 2017
Initial training is a good experience, though the quality of training was not that high. Generally full of bright, young, enthusiastic people who are fun to work with. However, much of the work is dull and you do not get to choose that much of what you do - generally going where demand is highest. Pay is not that high - initially it is good but if you don't get promoted quickly (and this can happen even to those who do well) then the money is not good compared to people taking on similar roles.
fun people to work with, flexibility on some projects through working from home
Very Good company to work. Good paymaster, good projects, Job satisfaction in all aspects of work, Good work and life balance. Very strong sales and marketing team that enables them to fetch good deals.
