My Experience in Accenture
Project and Service Management Analyst (Former Employee) –  London, Greater London7 October 2018
Accenture is a good firm to launch my career in consultancy. I was able to get a wide exposure. The culture can be collaborative at times. The nature of the origination is based on changeability and hierarchy.

Support Analyst / Analyst Programmer (Former Employee) –  Worthing6 October 2018
My time as a contractor for the company working at a client's site was good. The environment was happy and friendly and well managed. From a technical point of view, everyone in the team were high skilled and focused on the task in hand. However this did not stop discussions with colleagues to share experience and advise on issues or the design for solutions to the requirements.

Simply the go to place for consulting and outsourcing
Managing Director (Former Employee) –  London, Greater London3 October 2018
Giant in the industry. At risk of trying to be all things to all businesses resulting in a lack of depth in some areas. That said a superb business for commencing a consulting or finance career.

Work/life balance is a challenge in such a high performing business but the business has good leaders and strong support networks
Pros
Career opportunity
Cons
Red tape

Opportunities to work with prestigious clients and interesting projects. However the poor management of the company hinders employees from pursuing their interests and ultimately results in people leaving the organisation due to the lack of choice for the employee and lack of progression.

Great office space and lots of benefits added to working there.
Observer/ Assistant (Former Employee) –  London24 July 2018
Was only there for a week during work experience, but had a wonderful time during working hours as an assistant and organiser within the company offices. The offices are large and spacious with food and coffee within a five minute walk, as it had great office locations. There are many added benefits to your employment there that you can enjoy according to your position in the company and your seniority. The management as superb and I learnt a lot about events organisation during my time there including how they run the Six Nations rugby tournament. Overall great place to work, long hours, but if you enjoy it, it's more than worth it.
Pros
Many added bonuses to your employment such as free gym memberships etc
Cons
Long hours

Consultant (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London15 May 2018
Good company with great benefits and the life work balance is normally pretty good.

Sometimes hard to move around the company and get experience of different industries as you can get pigeon holed in one sector.

Great Learning Culture
Senior Manager (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London29 April 2018
Accenture is a great place to grow and learn. You are given a lot of responsibility quickly. However the down side is a total disregard for your life outside of work and there is an awful lot of office politics involved in advancement in the firm. At the moment there is a critical focus on closing the gender gap at the senior levels. This is positive for some, but negative for others.
