Building Services Supervisor - Surrey based - £36,000
Due to contract expansion, my client have a opportunity for an experienced supervisor to join an established team on a prestigious site in Surrey.
This is a 'hands on' supervisory role and the right candidate will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 7am to 17pm and duties will include, but may not be limited to :
PERFORM and/or delegate PPM tasks to appropriate staff
Supervision of 4 M&E engineers on site and monitor performance of assignment activities
Disable and enable fire alarm controls panels and systems
Provide training to operational staff when required
Support implementation of the planned maintenance program
Remedial tasks i.e. Order materials, monitor sub-contractors, finalize work orders, submit purchase orders etc
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills/attributes:
Proven experience with in a similar role supervising multiple engineers on site
In depth experience/knowledge of M&E PPM and reactive maintenance
17th edition qualified
Apprenticeship trained or hold equivalent electrical qualifications (i.e. City & Guilds, NVQ etc)
In depth knowledge of L8 Water Treatment
Willingness to participate in hand son PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
Excellent communication & client facing skills
In return you will receive a £34,000 to £36,000 salary and a competitive benefits package
