Receptionist required for a facilities management and engineering services company. They are a global leader in their industry and are looking for professional and experienced receptionist for holiday cover. My client is experienced in their field offering innovative approaches to reduce costs and supply quality services to businesses in a variety of sectors throughout the UK.
The purpose of this role will be to provide high levels of customer service to clients, staff and guests whilst maintaining the reception area and managing the switchboard.
Meet and greet
Maintain the reception area
Manage the switchboard
Handle day to day queries and respond or escalate appropriately
Represent the image of the company
6 months min experience in a reception role
Experience on switchboard
Excellent communication skills on the phone and face to face
Polite and professional manner
Willingness to go the extra mile to provide a good impression
Organised and able to manage a busy desk
Must be able to work part time
