Our client has been established for more than a decade and is renowned as a market leader in the Industrial Electronics repair sector. As a result of continued success and a planned program of strategic growth, they are now seeking to recruit a number of dynamic, self motivated and highly capable Electronic Bench Engineers to complement their established and highly successful team.
Qualified to a minimum of HND Level in a relevant engineering discipline or able to demonstrate directly relevant industry sector experience gained in a similar commercial environment, you will perform the effective diagnosis, repair and test down to board level on a range of industrial electronic equipment that will include (but not be limited to) Servo drives, PSU's, monitors, industrial computer, DC drives and Inverters.
You will be responsible for the dismantling, checking and testing of components, diagnosing failure reasons and performing remedial work as required, and will demonstrate proven skills and experience in understanding the associated technology, components and circuits as well as sourcing and obtaining these components and removing and refitting them to the highest standards.
Additionally you will demonstrate comprehensive skills in the use and design of automated test equipment and test rigs, whilst undertaking a range of other electronic and automation repairs when required.
