We are looking for Assistant Building Surveyor's to use their technical knowledge to assess property and specify remedial work, assist in the delivery of building condition surveys, and undertake construction projects. Individuals will be working under the guidance of Senior Building Surveyors. Projects will need to be delivered using established organisational procedures; on time, with identified resources and within agreed budgets. There will be a need to ensure that legislative requirements are met and that works are delivered in accordance with agreed standards, specifications and budgets, but will need to be able to work independently and produce technical designs, drawings using AutoCAD, specifications, tenders documentation, progress reports, cost estimates and analysis. We are looking for a customer focussed, enthusiastic and innovative approach to take on these challenges. Applicants should have a relevant degree.
A car user allowance is attached to this post but it is possible for the allowance to be converted to other forms of transport where there is a requirement to undertake travel as part of this post.
