Reporting to the Operations Director, the Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for driving improvement in all areas of manufacturing. Using tools such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM you will be map out lean processes in a growing and busy manufacturing environment and be responsible for the development of this philosophy cross functions. You will work with senior management to ensure that there is a greater understanding of Process Improvement in all aspects of the company and ensure that relevant training and development is provided in this area.

Who we're looking for

Degree qualified in Manufacturing Systems or relevant.
A background in working in an engineering environment.
A strong leader and capable of demonstrating strong influencing skills to gain buy in to a lean methodology.
