My client, based in Sheffield, is looking to recruit a Technical Support Analyst to support new and existing IT systems.
Responsibilities:
1st and 2nd Line Telephone Support.
Writing Documentation i.e. manuals.
Windows XP PC support.
LAN & WAN support (Data Voice)
Training in-house and external users on the systems.
Hardware Support.
Software/Hardware Testing and some R&D
Software and hardware installations.
POD Scanning.
Stationery Printing & Distribution.
Daily Backup Routine & Server Room Checks
Essential skills:
MS Office
Microsoft Exchange Server 2003
Windows XP Professional
Windows Server 2003
Windows 2000 Professional
Windows 2000 Server
Desirable:
Sophos Antivirus
McAfee Virus Scan
