We have been asked to supply a Clerk of Works to a Public Sector Client in the Derbyshire area.
You will be joining the architectural and design team and will be required to attend construction sites to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly by Building Contractors.
The kind of works that are to be reviewed include construction, extension and modification of homes, schools and other council buildings - including some Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) related work.
The requirement is for an experienced Clerk of Works who is ideally able to start on Monday 13th August 2012.
