About the Role
To provide and market an integrated and complete HR service to existing and new customers and support delivery of strategic and operational HR interventions in line with business objectives.
As an HR Advisor working in one of our busy teams, you should ideally be a Chartered Member of the CIPD and have general professional HR Advisory experience in a large/ diverse organisation in both the public and private sectors.
You would be part of a large group of HR professionals providing up-to-date advice on a wide range of professional issues and contributing to specific HR projects, potentially including investigations and assessment centre work and assisting with business growth.
There may be an opportunity to specialise in HR recruitment consultancy if you have previous experience and interest in this area.
If you are studying for a qualification which leads to CIPD membership, we may be able to offer an opportunity in a Trainee Advisory role.
