SUMMARY OF OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

Work with our Secure Pressure Drilling & Pressure Control Product Lines advising on all aspects of management system compliance with specific experience and knowledge in equipment compliance and certification, quality plan development, operational auditing and HAZOP facilitation within a Pressure Control Equipment environment.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop a strong culture of compliance and improvement within the operation
Facilitate operational HAZOP's
Monitor field operations during a robust audit and inspection programme
Advise on compliance requirements (API, EU Directives - Machinery, ATEX, PED, CE)
Work with Operations in developing project quality plans and monitoring continuing compliance
Maintain communications throughout Weatherford for systems implementation and compliance
Provide interface with clients as/when necessary
Keep up to date with industry, client and legislation information and changes and share knowledge
Assist in industry focus groups
Develop good lines of communication and working relationships with the product line personnel
Review external industry alerts and bulletins and information and share knowledge
Deputize for other team members within the team
Demonstrate a high personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment standards
Apply Weatherford, and where appropriate client company's Policies and Management Systems
Advise on all aspects of Risk Management within onshore & offshore operations

Ensure system are effective in identifying workplace and operational risks
Controls are effectively applied to minimize all risks
Report on risk management performance to product line management.
Assist product line to ensure equipment conformity
Discuss changes and ensure the Management of Change process is followed.

Develop and Maintain the Management System within the product line:

Ensure compliance with industry management system standards (ISO, OHSAS)
Be the focal point for systems alignment within Region and Global Product Line
Suggest changes to work practices to continually improve process
Change procedures to continue to meet legal and corporate requirements
Ensure effective communication of management system throughout the product line

Effective control and awareness and implementation of industry specifications and standards.

Train and Coach:
Assist in development of awareness packages to suit Weatherford requirements
Assess with competency in product line personnel.
Provide training and coaching in all aspects of management systems for Weatherford staff.
Promote the Enterprise Excellence Process by assisting in delivery of EEP training modules

Monitor and Review

Review non conformance reports for root causes and trend analysis
Monitor and review offshore operations to ensure effective communication and system implementation.
Carry out internal system compliance audits of all departments within the product line.
Provide trend analysis information relating to product line performance.
Supplier performance monitoring and auditing
Assist with KPI monitoring
Facilitate administration of CPAR, OFI, NCR, and compliance monitoring records.
Facilitate the product line EEIT

Work with Management;

Discuss all aspects of the management system and it's effective implementation with product line management
Monitor implementation of identified actions to facilitate improvement
Develop status reports in relation to outstanding actions.
Set up Corrective Action Teams

Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by the line management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil these.
QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

HND or above
Professional qualification

Preferred

Engineering discipline
Lead Auditor
NEBOSH or equivalent qualification

WORK EXPERIENCE

Mechanical/Electrical Background
Oil & Gas Industry
Offshore working experience

Pressure Control / Drilling / Testing experience
