Retail Manager –
Retail & Tour Department, Wembley Division

The Football Association (The FA) is the governing body of football in England and is responsible for promoting and developing the game at all levels from grass roots through to the Professional Game, The FA Cup and the England International Teams. It is a multi-faceted group organisation including Wembley Stadium and the St Georges Park National Football Centre.

The Retail & Tour team sits within the Club Wembley department and part of the Wembley Division which is responsible for managing Wembley Stadium, inclusive of day to day running, all major bowl event days and conference and banqueting events.

Reporting to Retail Operations Manager you will be responsible for the daily operational management of the Wembley Stadium Store and photography sales operation. Managing a team of five full time retail staff and a team of casual retail assistants, you will also lead on the setup and delivery of the Store and two event day concourse stores inclusive of stock management, merchandising, cash and credit card processes.

You will be an innovative, commercially astute and self motivated individual with a significant retail management background. You will have a high level of shop floor merchandising skill, stock control, a focused customer service ethic and strong organisational and administrative skills. You will have the ability to multi task, cultivate a good team ethic and be able to plan and prepare staffing and shop floor requirements in advance of events. You will be expected to work at weekends on a rota basis and all major stadium bowl event days/nights.

This is a full time, permanent role based at Wembley Stadium.
