We are currently looking for 1 x 16 hour Sales Team Leaders in our Buxton Store
Role:
The Sales Team Leader will be leading the team to drive sales, deliver excellent customer care and ensure the standards in the store are to required standard
Responsibilities:
Driving Sales
Fully understands commercial data and uses the data to make decisions to increase the profitability and performance of the Store
Customer Care
Develops a culture of Customer Care within the team, and looks for new and exciting ways to ensure the team understand Customer Care
Visual and Store Standards
Sets the expectation for high retail standards
Managing Team Performance
Supports the Store Manager to recruit and induct the right skills and experience
Ensures team members have completed the appropriate induction and training
Development Focus
Drives own self development and is always looking for the opportunity to acquire new skills
Compliance
Understands and delivers all health and safety requirements, and ensures the team are fully trained and working to the required standards
Supports the Store Manager to deliver an action to achieve the store’s Stock Loss Target, ensures the team aware and working to achieve the action plan
Essential and Desirable
Leadership Skills
Ability to understand commercial data
Experience of managing a team
Visual Merchandising capability
Experience of delivering Great Customer Care
