The Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer will visit client premises, servicing fire alarms on a planned maintenance and emergency call-out basis, always aware of customer needs and service requirements and the opportunity to develop new business opportunities for the company (e.g.
Service Contracts, Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Protection Training etc).
Our client is a well established company within the Fire Detection and Suppression Industry, offering a complete range of Fire Protection products and services to cover the whole spectrum of business needs.
The successful Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer will be a qualified Service Engineer with a knowledge of current standards and legislation and able to demonstrate recent relevant experience.
You will be responsible for the annual maintenance, installations, fault finding, rectifying and problem solving, commissioning & documenting etc for a wide range of fire alarm panels both addressable & conventional.
You will hold a fullUKdriving licence, be self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail, time management and customer facing awareness.
An electrical qualification or previous experience as an Electrician would be advantageous but is not essential.
If you have BFPSA, FIA or BS5839 Training, previous experience in the fire alarm industry and are passionate about delivering an excellent service then we should be talking.
A substantial remuneration package is offered including a high basic salary, overtime, call-out and standby pay, a company vehicle, mobile phone and the opportunity to develop with the company.
