Key Purpose:
To deliver a comprehensive, customer focussed management service to a portfolio of properties that comprises mainly of Leasehold properties and some Shared Ownership Properties. In the near future, the portfolio of properties may include properties let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST) at Intermediate Rent (IR) or on a Market Rent (MR) basis.

Right to Buy

  • To be responsible for the day to day administration of the scheme.
  • To process applications made under the scheme in a timely and efficient
Manner.

  • In consultation with Property Services to co-ordinate and prepare the initial
service charge assessment in respect of Right to Buy applications.

  • To keep up to date with legislative or other changes that affect the Right to
Buy scheme and to make recommendations to the Income Manager as
required.

  • To provide statistical and other information in relation to the scheme.
