A business partner to SM’s and DM in supporting the Talent Lifecycle processes for the New Bond Street Location while maintaining Company values, fairness, and consistency across all talent related processes. Talent Lifecycle initiatives include: Role Clarity, Recruit, Hire, Staff, On boarding, Performance Management, Development and Succession Planning, Culture and Retention (including Associate Relations/compliance)

Span of responsibility: New Bond Street complement, all employees

Build capability with Sales Leadership Team in New Bond Street across all initiatives of the Talent Lifecycle by developing productive partnerships, collaboration, coaching, educating, and feedback.

Culture and Retention:
Educate SLT team and associate team on Values, Policies, and Great Place to Work responsibilities
Owns in conjunction with DM, and follow up on, AOS action plans for store
Provide consultation on Associate Relation issues and all Talent related legal issues
1 day per week spent on sales floor with associates to pulse check and ensure we are adhering to our Great Place to work standards
Conduct investigations for all escalated concerns, make recommendations to bring to resolution
Notify appropriate level manager on lower risk concerns and trends within teams/store and advise/oversee fact-finding through resolution
Support store leaders in Associate Connectivity and Positive Associate Relationswhich links to retention
Action plan to decrease turnover
Support store leaders in leading change and the change management principles Structure/Role Clarity/Recruit-Hire-Staff:
Support talent plans, OLR, internal succession planning and external recruitment efforts
Communicate annual volume and org changes in workforce, advise on placements
Reinforce accountability and responsibility to position summaries to help drive roleclarity
Own the interview and selection process for external and internal candidates for the New Bond Street location.
Partner with Head Office HR on Functional Manager and above job offers percompensation approval matrix guidelines, maintaining appropriate compensatory targets
Assist store in managing workforce management initiatives such as headcount, target wage, payroll expense management
Support the store during peak hiring periods by leveraging company tools and approved external recruiting resources
Complete approved relocation initiations for Internal hires Onboarding
Support SLT field leadership Onboarding processes and activities
Facilitate Sales Leadership Team onboarding sessions for “Talent”
Facilitate new manager assimilations and participate in DM Action Plan meetings

Performance Management:
Provide consultation to SM’s on progressive discipline processes for SLT including Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and Terminations
Provide consultation to SM’s on progressive discipline process including Performance
Improvement Plans (PIP).

Partner with SM’s to ensure that facilitation of the annual performance review and midyear touch base processes occurs

Development and Succession Planning:
Support Development Plan processes for SLT team in partnership with DM
Support and assist in the facilitation of OLR meetings and the Succession Planning process in store and Regional OLR’s
Provide support and collaboration to other departments, functions, and/or Brands on
Talent related projects that impact the field organisation

Build Partnerships:
Work with Loss Prevention Manager on investigations that require HR partnership
Work with Staffing Manager and Associate Operations Manager to understand additional support needed.

Job Requirements

Comprehensive and concise oral and written communication skills

Self-starter and is able to proactively prioritise and handle multiple responsibilities

Exceptional Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office knowledge

Proven ability to lead and drive multiple complex projects to completion

Previous experience working in operations or human resources

Strong business acumen

Strong detail orientation

Ability to analyze situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity

Occasional travel may be required

Results and team oriented

Undergraduate degree preferred
