Our client is one of the largest privately owned house builders in the South West.
They currently have a fantastic opportunity for a part time New Homes Sales Advisor, working Friday through to Sunday at their new and exciting Plymouth development. In this role you will provide support and assistance to the project team and as part of this sales focussed team, make sure that standards are maintained and targets are achieved. Other duties include market research, processing documents and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager the successful candidate will have a proven track record in homes sales, a high standard of customer care, be highly motivated and possess excellent IT and communication skills. A self motivated individual, you must be able to manage your time effectively whilst working to targets and deadlines. All applicants must be prepared to work at various sites throughout the South West as required.
