Based out in Bristol our Investment Banking client requires a P2P (AP, SRM & CE) - Data Migration specialist on an 11 month contractual basis. Job Description: Account Payable, SRM & CE data migration SME/Champion who can drive data quality, data validation activities as part of PCCP work stream within Transform Finance & MI programme Key Responcibility Area's: - Data Quality/Clean up in conjunction with business stakeholders & divisions: - Define data & content quality standards - Define approach to data quality & perform legacy data analysis - Clean legacy system data. - Data Mapping - Mapping of old source system attributes to new SAP ECC. - Data Enrichment - Accounts Payable & SRM data enrichment by analyzing data from SAP ECC, Oracle.
Data validation - Validate the data loaded in the new SAP ECC system with business stakeholders & divisions. - Data Reconciliation: - Define metric & approach for reconciliation - Reconcile data between old ECC, Oracle & new ECC system - Coordinate with business team sign-off of data. - Liaise with Accounts Payable, SRM & CE work stream, IT team & other business areas of LBG. - Refer to next slide for additional details.
This role will be part of Finance Data Team. Experience: - Oracle & SAP system that hold vendor records - SRM purchase orders and Good receipts - Ability to coordinate & have contact within FBS team & other business areas of our client (Property Finance, IT Finance, Procurement, Group Property, Group Sourcing, Group Finance & HR). Competencies: - Finance Background with LBG Oracle & SAP experience (3-5 years) -Ability to build data profile & perform data cleansing to help improve data quality within the legacy system. - Experience of managing system controls and reconciliations to a high standard.
Data validation for SAP implementation. - Experience in SAP, Oracle & advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Facilitate resolution and escalation of data issues and risks. If you are interested and CAN work in Bristol, please get in touch ASAP.
