Job Description
You will:
Oversee the whole operation, front and back of house
Have up to 100 staff to manage
Full responsibility for P&L, budgeting and labour costs
Person Specification
You will:
Have experience in a high volume operation
Have a good knowledge and passion about food and drink
Have extensive experience of managing a large team, up to 100 staff
Be a team player
Very customer focused
A knowledge of the local area
A passion to run the restaurant like it’s your own
