Clinical Supervisor (Nurse/Paramedic) - 999 Emergency Operations Centre (EOC)
South East Coast Ambulance Service are looking for clinicians to join one of our regional Emergency Operations Centre in Kent, Surrey or Sussex. We are looking for experienced nurses or paramedics to utilise their clinical skills to enable patients to access appropriate urgent and emergency care over the telephone.
- Coxheath, Kent, Lewes, Sussex or Banstead, Surrey
- Full time (37.5 hours) or Part time (18.75 hours) – rotating shift pattern covering 24/7 service
- Band 6, £25,783 - £34,530 + up to 25% unsocial hour payment
You will be champions for change, providing clinical guidance in the control room and improve patient access to a wide variety of pathways through the NHS Pathways triage and Directory of Services systems, thus ensuring patients receive the most appropriate advice and treatment based on their needs.
The role would suit experienced paramedics and nurses from a variety of backgrounds who wish to develop towards a specialised practice and gain exposure to clinical practice within an exciting and dynamic environment. The Trust will require an undertaking to work towards a university based specialist practice qualification.
