About the role
Providing the highest levels of customer service our Retail Guest Service Assistants are at the front line of the London Eye, delivering professional, efficient and memorable experiences to our customers. Playing a key role within our operations team you will be promoting and selling a variety of products and souvenirs. Whether suggesting the perfect purchase or being on hand to assist our customers with any query they may have, you will assist in boosting revenue and smashing daily targets while demonstrating fantastic customer service at all times. Working within our diverse and exciting team, you will be confident in approaching and interacting with our guests, ensuring that our customers experience with us is the best that it can be!
This is a fixed term contract, based upon working a zero hour basis until 31/12/2013.
With experience of delivering excellent customer service on a face to face basis, (ideally from within the retail, hospitality or the entertainments industry), you will enjoy working to a high standard within a busy and often pressurised environment whilst engaging in conversation and interacting with our guests in an open and genuine manner. Able to 'think on your feet' and take ownership of issues that may rise, you are a reliable, customer focused team player and will take pride in ensuring that you are consistently delivering a service that goes beyond our set KPI targets. Experience of cash handling is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
