Vacancy details Customer Strategy Manager Job Description The Customer and Brand Strategy team will be responsible for:

Defining and agreeing the UK customer vision and strategy for next 3 years, identifying where growth will come from and ensuring our plans are attractive, defensible and financially viable
Identifying and developing ways to step change / improve the customer proposition in support of this vision and providing clear direction to the business
Supporting the development of the annual UK marketing and brand plan

Key WL3 accountabilities

Looking externally at future trends and global customer innovation to take learnings for our own proposition
Using our insight to identify proposition development opportunities (eg category, range, format level) to step change our offer for customers
Scoping, developing and programme managing key customer initiatives / projects in their initial stages – before ensuring they are landed in day jobs within the business
Building cross-functional team and working with partners internally and externally
Concept development and proof of concept through analytics, research and trialling
Developing and embedding plans for further trial, implementation or roll out

Candidate Profile Required Experience

Experience of operating successfully in a retail or other customer-facing organisation
Experience of strategic problem solving across a wide variety of issues, likely as part of an internal or external strategy team
Proven analytical capability
Experience of creating, developing or contributing to insight-led customer propositions and brand strategies that step change the customer experience / perception
Proven programme/project management experience
