Enterprise Rent-A-Car is looking for two enthusiastic candidates for our recently created Customer Service Representative positions. The opportunities will primarily be for both our Bolton and Altrincham branches.

Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of the branch team providing a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face, telephone and external interaction. The Customer Service Representative will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental service back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support to our branches. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
Process vehicles upon return and check-ins, deliver and collect vehicles externally for customers
Effectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed
Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
Sales of optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
Dealing with calls regarding - reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors
Notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
Performing various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, process customer rental callbacks
Preparation of vehicles for customer rentals including valeting and basic maintenance checks
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of customer service related experience
Demonstrated ability to make decisions with confidence
Essential c o re competencies include flexibility and a strong work ethic
An ability to work independently and as part of a team
Great communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail
Demonstrated time management skills
K nowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet and telephone skills w o u l d b e a n a d v a n t a g e
Must be fully authorised to work in the UK
Must have a Full valid UK drivers licence w i t h n o m o r e t h a n 6 p t s
Starting Salary: Meets national minimum wage requirements
Hours: 45-55 hours per week, weekend work also involved
