Join Barclays as a Senior Performance Insight Manager and you'll produce and develop performance reports for high-level management all over the business. You'll provide insightful commentary and analysis and be responsible for the continuous improvement of data provision and commentary - making sure it stays in line with changing business requirements. What you'll give our customers as a Senior Performance Insight Manager
You'll develop, produce and maintain user-friendly reports and bespoke analysis that will suit business needs and inform our decisions. That will involve using statistical and mathematical techniques to analyse and describe data, while interpreting results and understanding their business implications. What's more, you'll develop team members and recommend actions based on analysis, while making sure that all issues are monitored and taken care of appropriately.

What you'll need as a Senior Performance Insight Manager
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need a degree-level legal education (or equivalent) as well as outstanding communication skills. Extensive experience of performance reporting disciplines and working with high-level managers is critical, and you'll need to show us an awareness of performance management information production and delivery.
