Their main duties would include:
- Progress new business contract portfolio through development work, and achieve additional sales to current contract portfolio.
- Be responsible for marketing the products and services of MITIE Pest Control.
- Sale of contract / job work.
- Develop key contracts and act as first point of contact for sales/project work for regional customers.
- Undertake site surveys and follow up visits to ensure that clients are satisfied with work standards.
- Liaise with Sales Office to facilitate work programmes.
- Gain sales opportunities by cold calling and searching through business directories and networking through MITIE group.
- Gain other sales opportunities from existing customer database, leads from service technicians, leads from company advertising, appointments made from telesales operations etc.
