You will be responsible for leading an operational customer service team and should demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong leadership of teams with a proven track record of driving sustainable performance against challenging business targets. You will have previous experience of working as part of a management team and you will be a strong team player. You will demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving skills and will be comfortable in using your initiative in order to drive continuous improvements. It is essential that you have a real positive can do attitude and are able to create a culture within your team where new ideas and innovation are encouraged and are delivered in a way which ensures risk is well managed.You will be required to travel therefore a full valid driving licence is essential.
