To manage all administration aspects of the home in support of the home manager and ensure good coordination between departments to maintain efficient and effective operations.
To maintain complete an accurate papers and digital records, to satisfy all regulatory statutory and internal company requirements.
To ensure that relationships with all external contracts are managed effectively and courteously. To support the attainment of budgeted financial performance
and the exercise of sound cost management across the home. Previous experience of working in the health care sector would be desirable but not essential. Full job description available on request.
