Band 3 – £16,271 - £19,268 per annum + Unsocial Hours (Up To 25%) + 5% high cost allowance (for those based in Banstead)
  • Lewes – Sussex – A range of shifts available covering the 24/7 service.
  • Coxheath – Kent – A full range of shifts available including the following set shift Rota patterns on our day Rota (0700-1900 - Monday to Sunday) and late Rota (1900-0000 or 1900-0200))
  • Banstead - Surrey
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a challenging and rewarding environment for South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. Emergency Medical Advisors are the first line contact to the ambulance service for a wide range of stakeholders, handling emergency, urgent and routine telephone calls.

Emergency Medical Advisors are fully trained to supply lifesaving advice to members of the public in the most critical situations, whilst giving advice to patients that may require other treatment options other than an ambulance response.

This role offers a wide range of opportunities to kick start your career within the operations centre environment to progress into supervisory, dispatching and training positions.

Successful candidates will be required to attend an EMA taster evening scheduled to be held on Monday 23rd June 2014 and must be available to commence employment on 21st July 2014.

Assessment & Interview day: Friday 6th June, Banstead.
