An exciting vacancy has arisen in this Leading Law Firm to join their busy team dealing with high quality IP, Commercial work across the country and overseas with a strong bias towards trademarks.
Clients range from SME, to multi nationals to public bodies. The trademark work includes advice on registerability, opposition work, management of client trademark portfolios, strategic advice on the protection use and exploitation, drafting and advising on commercial contracts including some technology contracts.
The successful candidate will also undertake day to day supervision of paralegals and be expected to work with the Partners in the department to develop and secure new client relationships.
You must have a strong background and experience in IP and trademark law ideally gained at a major regional or City solicitors or trademarks firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for progression.
