This is a multi post role where there are two roles available for which we are seeking one person to fulfill. Please see below for further information on these roles.
Alzheimer's Society is the leading care and research charity for people with dementia, their families and carers. Dementia affects over 800,000 people in the UK alone and numbers continue to grow.
The post holder will plan, prepare and facilitate group activities for people with dementia, working alongside Dementia Support Workers and Volunteers throughout the Nottinghamshire area.
They will also liaise with the Dementia support workers and assist in the planning and delivery of Alzheimer's society Dementia Cafés and groups throughout the Nottingham area.
This post will require a satisfactory CRB check
