Payroll Manager required for national company:
Responsible for a payroll of 10,000 employees
Payroll consists of monthly paid, hourly paid and shift workers
Management of a team of 11 staff, 9 members of staff are managed remotely
Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of the monthly payrolls
Reporting & reconciliations of payroll figures
SAP maintenance & upgrades
Liaison with consultants for support issues, new WT's & IT's
Testing of new WT's & IT's to ensure streamlines and error free upgrades
Year end reporting, P35's, P60's P11D's etc
Directors emoluments & dispensations
Experience in leading a large team within a management role.
Experience as a Payroll Manager, not just in a Consultant role.
Have several payroll qualifications showing results where available.
Experience in managing the payroll of at least 6000+ employees.
Travel on a monthly basis will be required to include overnight stays
Driving Licence is essential
