A fantastic opportunity is available for two Professional Cookery Apprentices at a new and exciting restaurant in Eastbourne centre. The positions will cover all aspects of working within a busy kitchen environment focusing on freshly prepared English favourites..

Duties include the following:
  • Food preparation – Our meals are started from scratch and cooked on the premises so you will help with prepping everything from vegetables and salads to meat preparation and baking.
  • Ensuring that our strict Health and Hygiene practises are in place at all times.
  • Liaising with suppliers and placing orders.
  • Helping to create innovative and cost effective new dishes.
  • Cooking and preparing meals to a high standard.
