Recent pitch win means this first rate central London agency need to hire 3 Group Account Directors across a range of client accounts including retail and an airline.
You are already an established Group Account Director and have aspirations for an imminent Board position.
One of the clients is one of the country's finest retailers with a truly rich history. The other is a prestigious airline. The work is a mixture of both on and offline direct marketing campaigns with a current bias towards offline communications.
Your direct marketing knowledge will therefore be excellent and, as Group Account Director you will also have experience of a managing a large agency team.
You will be the agency's lead representative at inter-agency meetings where the ATL, media, sales promotion [and DM-led] agencies and client collaborate to ensure integrated communications
You already have a solid agency background and are a Group Account Director who can take responsibility for the profitability, growth and strategic direction of the account.
You'll be decisive, but diplomatic, and always able to get the best from those you work with. Salary is dependent on experience.
