In order to drive further growth and future success we require National Account Managers for both our Off and On trade teams.
Candidates will be degree educated or equivalent and demonstrate strong exposure to leading brands. You will have enjoyed success through exceptional
performance in either the On-Trade or Off-Trade channels. You will currently negotiate directly with buying teams, control the P+L, influence category
management and provide a true holistic understanding of account management.
People management skills are an advantage but not essential. Candidates will provide an ability to not only manage an account but also maximise all commercial and relationship opportunities therein.
Your personal skills will include tenacity, energy and entrepreneurialism together with a broad commercial understanding. Candidates will also demonstrate good
leadership skills and a high level of gravitas achieved through excellent training and direct account management. Direct exposure to category management,
customer marketing and joint business planning are also advantageous.
