Working as part of a small team of Business Services Assistants across two sites (Bloomsgrove Road in Ilkeston & Outlook in Long Eaton), you will be expected to have a sound knowledge of ICT and an ability to work to deadlines and understanding of confidentiality is essential to this post. Previous working knowledge of operating petty cash systems would also be an advantage as there are two accounts on both sites. Occasional travel between both sites will be necessary to ensure admin support is available to support operational management. Hours of work will be 8.30am to 4.30pm, Wednesday to Friday.
A car user allowance is attached to this post but it is possible for the allowance to be converted to other forms of transport where there is a requirement to undertake travel as part of this post.
