We are looking for a Retail Store Manager for our Brixton store.
As a Store Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and be responsible for all commercial and operational activities within your store. You will take responsibility for managing the day-to-day operation of the store from customer service standards to exceeding sales targets. As well as developing and motivating a team, you’ll combine your commercial insight and excellent visual merchandising skills to continually grow the success of our brands.
Key Accountabilities
Full P&L responsibility and continuous delivery of all store KPIs
Maintenance and delivery of all operational controls
To be a Pioneer for Mothercare brand values and customer service at all times.
You will have
Demonstrated leadership ability with at least five years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
The skills to help lead, inspire and motivate the team.
