Director or VP Sales EMEA
As Director / VP Sales EMEAyou will be responsible for driving the achievement of customer acquisition and retention revenue goals. You will manage the sales and partner teams and work closely with them to close business in the region. In addition, you will utilise your networking and enterprise sales skills to grow our overall presence. As Director / VP Sales, EMEA you will ensure the highest quality service delivery through a small team of professional services and technical support engineers.
The position reports to a US based VP of Sales.
As Director / VP Sales EMEA you will be/have:-
Experienced in selling enterprise software to multi-national corporations. SaaS experience is a plus.
Experienced in managing the sales cycle of large, complex deals with a variety of partner and client stake-holders
Experienced in selling to Senior Management in Operations, Finance, Human Resources and IT
Experience in the HCM sector
Strong management experience across various functions such as sales, pre sales and marketing
8-15 years of quota carrying software or technology 'outside' field sales positions and account management experience
Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
Agile, entrepreneurial style with a record of driving revenues for high growth software companies * Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment
Major Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership to the region
Grow new business and maintain existing customer base
Manage the sales and partner teams
Manage the life cycle of the sales process
Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals
Develop and grow partners and partner sales
Oversee and participate in marketing efforts in the region
Build and manage a team of diverse individuals
Forecast sales and manage pipeline
Provide high quality delivery management to ensure customer satisfaction
Nourish and develop a high performing team
