My client is a well known Engineering/Construction company that requires some additional help on a part time basis 3-4 days a week to support the HR function with Employee relation issues.
Experience
Redundancy Consultations
Performance Management – Disciplinary/grievance/Capability/Absence including liaising with OH providers and nurses with regards to long term sick case management
Up skill and support of line managers with regards to policy and process
Deputise for HRBPs with regards to HR operational matters
Redeployment/Mobilisation/recruitment support/advice in conjunction with Resourcing and business managers as appropriate
Skills
Ability to work in a technical operational environment
Ability to build relationships and influence professional, technical and operational colleagues
Ability to communicate and deliver business change
Knowledge
CIPD qualified
Excellent Employment Law knowledge
People policy and process
Construction or engineering industry experience useful
