Our Client, a leading award winning law firm based in the city with lots to offer currently requires an experienced Legal Secretary/ Legal PA. The ideal candidate will have two years' experience within a corporate department, if you are looking for the next step up in your career this could be the role for you.
Working in the role of Legal Secretary / Legal PA your duties will include: Arranging diaries, meetings and national travel, itineraries, business development, dealing with expenses, covering the telephone at all times, booking meetings and conferences, transcribing, timesheets and billing.
The successful Legal Secretary / Legal PA must be proactive in order to fulfil responsibilities and duties to a high standard at all times. You will need to be an intelligent, initiative based Legal Secretary who has solid experience in employment law.
