Graduates joining us on the Finance Analyst Development Programme will partner with the business to provide both tactical and strategic support across regions and functions throughout the firm. You'll assimilate and analyse disparate information to improve processes and draw conclusions that have a direct impact on both J.P. Morgan and our clients.
The work is hugely varied and you could be producing financial statements, reporting results, monitoring our compliance for regulators, stress testing our processes, assessing and managing risk, optimising the firm's tax position or preparing the company's financial returns. You could also be requested to deliver on ad hoc projects, specific to your area, enabling you to stretch yourself whilst learning new skills.
During the first three years at the firm, you will study towards the prestigious CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountancy) qualification.
