Previous experience in a telephone based role
Graduates looking for a progressive career in a leading Financial Services firm
Experience managing your own customer portfolio
Working toward targets
Job Description:
Managing a caseload of up to 600 clients
Taking inbound calls from existing your clients regarding any queries/concerns they have
Producing 6 month financial reviews with each of your customers
Assisting your customers until they become debt free
