We are looking for an Assistant Retail Store Manager for our superb White City store in London.
As an Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be partly responsible for all commercial and operational activities within your store. You will take responsibility for managing the day-to-day operation of the store from customer service standards to exceeding sales targets. As well as developing and motivating a team, you’ll combine your commercial insight and excellent visual merchandising skills to continually grow the success of our brands.
Full P&L responsibility and continuous delivery of all store KPIs
Maintenance and delivery of all operational controls
To be a Pioneer for Mothercare brand values and customer service at all times.
You will have
Demonstrated leadership ability with at least five years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
The skills to help lead, inspire and motivate the team.
