Walking HVAC building services Mobile Engineer Required for a fast moving and rapidly expanding building services provider in the City of London. The company have been gradually growing through delivery of an excellent service and acquisitions of various companies within the engineering sector. We are ideally looking for a walking Mobile who has the capability of working on their own as well as part of a team, Successful candidates will be responsible for a portfolio of sites all around the same area (Zone 1 and 2 Travel card will be provided). The ideal candidate will come from an electrical background and be qualified to city and guilds or apprenticeship level and have past HVAC building services experience and be familiar with AHU's, FCU's, VAV's, UPS (first line fix) BMS (monitoring) single and 3 phase power and lighting, Pumps, Motors, emergency lighting, fire alarms and all general HVAC related breakdowns and planned preventative maintenance schedules. The candidate should be presentable and able to communicate at all levels with clients and colleagues alike.
This would be an extremely varied role where there would never be a dull moment and exposure to a large number of clients and environments can only be good for industry knowledge etc
