Hours of work
We are recruiting full-time roles working 35 hours per week. You will be working on a 7 hour rotational shift between 7.00 am to 11.00 pm across Monday to Sunday.
We offer a basic starting salary of £13,500. In addition once your training is complete youll be eligible for our quarterly incentive scheme where the OTE is £1,200 per annum. There is also an unsocial hours payment of £8.24 per hour between 21:00 and 23:00.

What we will be looking for in you:
You will need excellent listening and communication skills and a high level of motivation as well as previous experience in a customer facing role. A flexible approach and strong team working skills are also required. In addition, as youll be working in a regulated environment; a high level of numeracy and computer literacy are also essential.
Salary: £13,500 + OTE £1,200 bonus + Unsocial Hours payment + benefits
