The Position
We are currently looking for a CRM Customer Account Administrator to join our team. This role provides first line support for 450 UK CRM users (incorporating operations / finance / sales and retention). The role not only manages the CRM email queries but also provides coaching on a one to one basis and also refresher sessions for management teams. The role is fundamental to the continuation of report management, data quality and supporting development within CRM. This role requires travel to various other sites from time to time to meet with operations and sales / retention.
